      American Cinematic Ballet's training method, The Conrad Method is the next step in the evolution of the world renown Vaganova Method.  Over the last year, with Before & After documentary film, we have demonstrated the unprecedented effectiveness of this method to quickly bring about the transformation of American students' Technical Virtuosity, Artistry, and Physical Aesthetic.  Please feel free to view several of our students' transformations on our YouTube and Facebook Profiles.   Our DVD "The Secrets of Russian Ballet Vol. 1" is now available for purchase and now students can transform their technique, teachers can bring about transformation in their students and together we can transform America into one of the great ballet nations of the 21st Century! 




      Artists of Ballet Training Program Classifications:

      Beginning September 2010, we will be opening our Intensives to the international ballet community.

      Prodigy Program
      This program follows the traditional Vaganova training methodology and syllabus whereby students begin their training beginning at 12 yrs.

      Bolshoi Program

      This is an accelerated training program for young men beginning at age 14 or 15 following the Russian tradition of male dancing which results in great technical virtuosity,  emphasizes a powerful and masculine style and adheres to the principal of romanticism.

      Vaganova Program: 
      This is an intensive training program for young women beginning at age 14 or 15 meant to prepare gifted dancers to begin their careers at the soloist or principal level , passing over the traditional beginning as a member of the corps.

      Class of Perfection Program:
      This is an accelerated training intensive and coaching program for dancers 12 and up who wish to perform join ACB's Trainee Film Company.  The Conrad Method (a.k.a. Synchronous Isometric Placement Method) TRANSFORMS students' technique in a matter of days and weeks, as opposed to years, resulting in the technical virtuosity, artistry and stunning physical aesthetic of Russian ballet dancers.
